The fifth GUBA edition was held on July 4, 2015 at Hilton London Metropole Hotel, Edgware Road, in London. The event was hosted by Afua Hirsch and Kwame Sefa Kayi. Jay Foley, legendary former Ghanaian boxer Azumah Nelson, Bola Ray, British High Commissioner Jon Benjamin, former first lady of Ghana Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings, Eddie Kadi, Afua, Diane Abbot were some of the people that attended the event.
The Compozers and Becca performed there. She was the closing act as well. Moreover, Mista Silva, Esi Amissah, Juliyaa and Jessie Appiah performed the GUBA Anthem titled ‘Arise Mama Africa’. It was produced by Myx Quest.
Popular Ghanaian-born fashion illustrator Peniel Enchill won the Artist Extraordinaire award while media and business mogul Bola Ray won the Media And Entertainment Award.
