Mario Lopez looked delighted by a visit from wife Courtney Mazza and daughter Gia in between filming scenes for his show Extra on Monday.

The 39-year-old TV host was perched in a director’s chair at The Grove, in Los Angeles, when little Gia climbed onto her father’s lap to watch the filming of the entertainment news show.

Gia Francesca, 3, was sporting a pale green jumpsuit and a pair of pink Converse trainers, and even had her nails painted pink.

Her long, brunette mane was light fringe was left loose but arranged by an adorable bright pink bow on top of her head.

he proud father took to Twitter and posted a photo of himself and Gia on set along with the words: ‘Highlight of my day… Co-hosting with my daughter Gia the @NBCLA news break.’It was a moment for the whole family to be together despite Mario’s busy schedule.

Broadway star Courtney looked elegant in a black and white striped maxi skirt, a black vest top and flat sandals.

Mario and Courtney met in 2006 as performers in Broadway’s revival of A Chorus Line and were married in Mexico in December 2012.
