Wizkid and Akon

Reports surfaced on the internet last week that American artiste Akon and nigerian artiste Wizkid preferred ‘mixed’ girls over dark-skinned girls to feature in their new music video which was shot in Ghana. Akon denied concerning the issue.

Akon was present at the 2013 American Music Awards on Sunday 24th November 2013. He was spotted heading to a club in West Hollywood restaurant after the show. While on his way, a TMZ reporter asked him whether it was true that he was discriminating against dark-skinned models to feature in the video. Akon replied: That even doesn’t make any sense. That don’t make no sense at all.
