Atimbila is a musician who hails from the northern region of Ghana. His first single titled ‘Sister’ released in 2009 and it was a hit. It is a Hiplife song. He started playing the kologo,which is a traditional guitar, at the age of 12 years. He never attended school and learned the English language from friends He is the third born of his parents and has three brothers and two sisters. His dad passed away at the age of 110 years and had 18 wives.

Atimbila auditioned for MTN Hitmaker 12 years ago and was placed third.
