Fuel prices of Zen at Sotuwuom, Accra dated Friday 28/10/2022

Fuel prices of both Star Oil and Zen at Sotuwuom have increased between ¢16.00 and ¢19.00 per litre as of Friday 28/10/2022. Zen is selling Diesel at ¢18.99 per litre whereas Star Oil charges ¢18.97 per litre.

Moreover, Zen charges petrol at ¢16.99 per liter as compared to Star Oil, which is ¢16.97 per litre.

Due to the increment of fuel prices, sources have reported to me that many car owners have packed their cars. One of the sources informed me that a friend of his parked his car at his house for a month due to the problem at hand. Also, after 7am on Friday 28 October 2022, he went to Star Oil and saw that the price of petrol was ¢12.49 at the time. When he came back 30 minutes later, the price changed to ¢16.97 per litre.
